Much of what we need to know about ourselves is within us. Our body stores infinite wisdom, though we often forget how to access it. To fill that forgetfulness, we turn to ideas, thoughts, therapies and books in an attempt to understand ourselves. It can be simpler, by learning to heed the messages our body gives us, we can learn to relate to ourselves and our environment based on this knowledge.
DARUA is a space in whichwe practice coming back to ourselves. Through a series of bespoke exercises, games and practices we will learn to listen to the messages our body has to share and to tap into different ways of being by cradling into the unknown, exploring our edges and slowly starting to map our inner landscape.
This is a space for us to shape together, while prompts will be provided, you are encouraged and free to shape this into your own little refuge.
